This mentorship and coaching program is designed to support and empower nurses and healthcare professionals across Nepal—whether experienced, just starting out, or exploring a compassionate career in healthcare. Led by Devon Bush, an international nurse trainer and Certified Pediatric Critical Care Nurse, this course blends personalized guidance, reflective practice, and clinical case-based learning. Through simulation-based training, in-person and online mentorship, participants will build confidence, strengthen clinical thinking, and grow in compassionate, family-centered care. This program meets learners where they are and helps them take the next step in their personal and professional journey.

Devon Bush is a U.S.-trained Certified Pediatric Critical Care Nurse with over a decade of experience caring for the sickest children in high-acuity settings. She has trained and mentored over 100 nurses globally, equipping them with strong clinical skills, compassionate care practices, and leadership confidence. Devon is the founder of New Path, a nurse-led training initiative in Nepal focused on pediatric critical care, holistic nursing, and mentorship. As the only certified pediatric ICU nurse in Nepal, she is passionate about raising up the next generation of nurses who lead with both skill and heart—especially in low-resource settings. Devon lives in Nepal with her husband and three sons, and brings both deep clinical knowledge and a heart for service to every training session she leads.
